In January 2025, Black Diamond Industries welcomed Frank Staropoli as the company’s new Director of Business Development, marking a strategic investment in expanding the company’s footprint and strengthening relationships across the market.
Frank brings nearly two decades of experience in sales and relationship management, having built a successful career in the wine and food industry since 2005. Known for his drive, integrity, and people-first approach, Frank has earned a reputation for forging lasting partnerships and delivering results through his solutions-based approach.
“Business is about true partnership—with our customers, our suppliers, and our team,” Frank says. His philosophy aligns seamlessly with Black Diamond’s commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction across all of its divisions: Paragon Siteworks, Ertel, and Berkeley Recycling.
He is married to Bridgette and the proud father of two daughters.
